Leanbe.ai is a SaaS platform we built from the ground up for product managers who need to make sense of scattered customer feedback. It uses AI to categorize inputs, monitors competitors automatically via Puppeteer, and gives teams a shared workspace to prioritize what to build next. The platform went live with 500+ users in its first quarter.
The Challenge
The Leanbe team had a clear problem: product feedback was coming in from email, Intercom, social media, and support tickets -- and nobody could see the full picture. They needed one place where all of that lived, sorted automatically, and connected to their roadmap. Traditional PM tools like Jira and Trello weren't built for this.

Our Solution
We built a Vue.js frontend with a NestJS backend, deployed in Docker containers. The AI layer categorizes incoming feedback automatically, while Puppeteer scrapers monitor competitor websites on a schedule. The prioritization engine scores features by customer impact and development effort, giving product teams data instead of opinions.
