Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Filemorph (the "App"), developed and operated by Sygnoos LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of the App

Filemorph is a file conversion and transformation application for iOS that supports 300+ operations across multiple file formats, including images, video, audio, PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, archives, and more. All file processing is performed entirely on your device.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to:

  • Distribute, sublicense, or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

4.1 Subscription Plans

The App offers optional subscription plans (weekly, monthly, and annual) that unlock additional features including all 300+ conversion operations, AI-powered enhancements, and batch processing. A free tier is available with limited functionality.

4.2 Billing

All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of any subscription period. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly, as all payments are processed by Apple.

5. User Content and Responsibilities

You retain full ownership of all files you process through the App. You are solely responsible for:

  • The content of files you convert or process using the App
  • Ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for any files you process
  • Compliance with applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws
  • Maintaining backups of your original files before conversion

6. AI Features

The App includes optional AI-powered features such as image enhancement, upscaling, colorization, and noise reduction. These features use Core ML models that run on your device. AI model files may be downloaded from our servers when you first use an AI feature. Results produced by AI features are approximations and may not be perfect. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI processing.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, AI models, graphics, and all content created by us, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Sygnoos LLC. The Filemorph name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of Sygnoos LLC.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Conversion results will be accurate or reliable
  • Any defects in the App will be corrected

You understand and agree that the use of the App is at your sole risk. File conversion involves processing data, and while we strive for accuracy, results may vary depending on file format, content, and device capabilities.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SYGNOOS LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sygnoos LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and Sygnoos LLC, not with Apple Inc. Sygnoos LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Your use of the App must comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sygnoos LLC regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
